Displaying our Values on the job can be very rewarding!
We are pleased to announce the launch of our Core Value Recognition Program! The program is open to all non-management staff and caregivers who through their actions display our values. Nominations will be received directly from our clients and their families, and are being solicited through a mailing campaign and conversations with care coordinators.
Monthly, staff that is nominated will be put into a drawing to receive a $100 gift card, and their stories will be highlighted in this newsletter. Quarterly all staff that has been recognized will be eligible for a special prize drawing.
According to Angela Ramos, Senior Director of Operations, “we know that our caregivers display our core values in countless ways when serving our clients. This program gives us an opportunity to quantify the great things that our field staff is accomplishing and recognizing their achievements.”
