Andrew joined Faithful At Home Care in September 2022 and brings a wealth of strategic leadership experience to the team. He is a strategic Human Capital Management (HCM) business leader with experience in information technology, logistics, and manufacturing industries whose primary focus is on putting the “Human” back in Human Resources. Andrew possesses leadership, business acumen, creativity, and concern for people. His expertise in providing full-service HCM support, including organizational development, employee relations, and a collaborative engagement style, makes him an effective change agent in a variety of structures. Andrew has a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a focus on Leadership, as well as a minor in Health Care Administration, from Elizabethtown College and holds the Senior Certified Professional (SCP) certification from the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM). In his free time, Andrew enjoys travelling with his wife, being a “foodie,” and volunteering with the local chapter of the Human Resource Society.
