ODP Manager
Monica Blanco joined the Faithful at Home Care team as a Care Coordinator in June 2021. In learning and growing over the past year, Monica was recently promoted to ODP Manager. She graduated in 2014 with a degree in Hospitality Management from Indiana University of Pennsylvania. Monica spent several years in hospitality, waitressing and bartending then working as a Dining Room Coordinator at Country Meadows of Wyomissing for almost four years. In this role, her responsibilities including training the dining staff and ensuring all residents were satisfied with their dining experiences. Monica always goes above and beyond to put a smile on any customer or client’s face. In her free time, Monica enjoys cooking and spending time with her family and cat Rodger.
