Mildred Vazquez – ODP Manager
Mildred joined Faithful at Home Care in January of 2017. Her previous experience as a supervisor of two group homes, servicing adults with intellectual disabilities, led her to the company. Her role began in our Compliance/Billing Department. Mildred has worn many hats in the past 5 years, supporting our company and exceeding expectations while supporting clients both the Office of Long-Term Living Program (as a Coordinator) and most recent, the Office of Developmental Programs. She has always exhibited a hands-on, compassionate approach with our clients. Mildred’s role with ODP evolved from assisting the department by participating in ISP meetings, quarterly notes, completing Quality Assurance surveys and communications with clients and their families to matching quality caregivers with our clients before becoming the ODP Manager in April of 2020. Currently, Mildred’s role is to oversee all functions of the department in our Lancaster Office, including new client intakes, scheduling, authorizations of clients, and working with clients/families and their Service Coordinators.
Mildred’s passion is to maximize the quality of life and happiness for all individuals she meets and knows how necessary support services are for our clients and their families. While not at work, Mildred is very involved in her church and working with the youth and her community. Mildred, her husband and daughter enjoy doing this as a family.
