Rose joined Faithful at Home Care in May of 2019. Her vast knowledge and experience spans over 15 years, working first as an adolescent providing senior care and support to individuals with intellectual disabilities to her role with the company today. Upon graduating from Nursing School, Rose was an RN in a hospital before relocating and continuing her career in direct/ home care. Finding her niche, Rose has supported our office as a Lead Scheduler and more recently, has utilized her leadership and knowledge to become the Operations Manager of our Lancaster Office. Rose’s responsibilities include client intakes, regular communications with Manager Care Organizations and Service Coordinators, overseeing our Scheduling Team, and working together with our Care Coordinator and Director of Operations to provide superior services to our clients.
Outside of work, Rose finds joy in adventure; she loves to travel and experience new things with her husband and three children.
