What Is ODP?
The Office of Developmental Programs (ODP) supports Pennsylvanians with intellectual disabilities and autism by providing services designed to promote independence, choice and opportunity. ODP administers home- and community-based services that help individuals live and participate in their communities.
ODP services are designed around the individual, recognizing that every person has different strengths, needs, preferences and goals.

Who We Serve
Supporting Individuals Where They Are
Faithful provides support to individuals with intellectual disabilities, developmental disabilities and/or autism who are eligible for ODP services.
Pennsylvania's ODP system includes multiple waiver programs, including the Community Living Waiver, Consolidated Waiver, Person/Family Directed Support Waiver and Adult Autism Waiver. Eligibility and available services vary by program and individual circumstances.
The goal is simple:

How ODP Services Work
1. Connect With Your County MH/ID Office
Pennsylvania's county Mental Health/Intellectual Disabilities offices are the starting point for accessing ODP services.
2. Determine Eligibility
The county office helps determine eligibility and connects eligible individuals with a Supports Coordinator.
3. Develop an Individual Plan
The individual's needs, goals and desired supports are incorporated into their service plan.
4. Connect With a Provider
Once services are authorized, individuals and their support team can work with an approved provider such as Faithful.
5. Begin Services
Faithful's support professionals provide services designed around the individual's approved plan and goals.
