When Norma started with Faithful At Home Care in October 2019 as a Scheduler, she knew she found someplace special to work. Each year she was able to grow her career. In January 2020 she was promoted to a Recruiter, and then in January of 2021, she became our new Compliance Specialist. In her new role, Norma identifies areas of risk and ensures that our program is following best practices and standards. She reviews all new employee’s profiles and is responsible for data entry. She interacts with our recruiting team, operations team, and our caregivers and has a passion for managing data.
When she’s not at work, you’ll find Norma gardening, enjoying crafting, or just spending time with her husband and children.
